The doctor is called as Ruhi wants this to be investigated. Ishita runs to him as the family also run up. Raman suddenly gets flashes of memory of the time Ananya died. Raman runs to see the two of them at the foot of the steps as Ishita is hurt with adash on her forehead. Ishita grabs Pihu in her arms as she rolls down the stairs and Pihu screams. Ishita sees some oil on the stairs and is trying to stop Pihu from slipping when this person pushes Ishita down the stairs. There is someone prowling around as the person comes up behind Ishita. Ishita and Pihu walk out of the house but find it very dark around. Raman searches around for Ishita and asks the officers who tell him that Ishita has gone to get Pihu. The civil dressed police go with Ishita but midway Ishita finds Neelu laden with a lot of weight and she asks the police to help Neelu out as she herself will get Pihu, Ishita speaks to Pihu and convinces her to wear Santoshi's given dress as well as Madhu's.
Ishita gets upset with Pihu and decides to talk to her. Santoshi later meets Ishita in the party and tells her that Pihu is getting very stubborn. Pihu then says she is not interested in attending the party and goes back inside. Pihu is in no way to listen and screams at Santoshi to which Santoshi scolds her. Santoshi tries to explain to Pihu that this is a punjabi festival and that she should be dressed in punjabi style. Pihu explains that she wanted to make her Paati happy as they all are dressed up Punjabi style and so she wanted to dress up in this south indian skirt. She meets Pihu on the corridor why is all dressed up in a south indian skirt. Santoshi checks on the chat stall as she eats some and goes around fussing on the arrangements. Ishita is impressed how Raman does not need to be told anything and that he has noticed her frustration. Ishita is overwhelmed as Raman says that he knew she was not liking her sabbatical one bit and that she wanted to get back to work. He then opens the curtain to Ishita's new clinic. He says he has promised to surprise Ishita with many little things tonight. He tells everyone who expect an IshRa dance that they are not going to dance but he has just another surprise for his wife. The family has fun dancing away when Raman(Karan Patel) takes Ishita(Divyanka Tripathi) aside and onto the stage. Mani asks Aliya to go and join Adi but Aliya supports Adi as she says that they are just friends and that they also met in London. Mani notices something awkward in the way Adi is spending so much time with Roshni and ignoring Aliya completely. Aliya spends some time with her parents and Roshni dances along with Adi.
Roshni walks up and says that they should dance and Aliya asks Roshni and Adi to go on as she wants to speak to her parents.
Shagun notices this but does not ask her much. Today's episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein starts with Adi meeting Mani and Shagun(Anita Hassanandani) as Aliya feels very awkward.
